Stacey M. Rhody, Attorney, has been licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since May of 2000. She focuses her practice in the areas of family law, divorce, child custody visitation, and parental responsibilities, child support, post decree modifications, estate planning, probate administration and real estate transactions.
Stacey attended Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies in 1994. Stacey subsequently earned her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School (now the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) in Chicago, Illinois in 1999.
After being admitted to the Illinois State Bar, Stacey worked as an associate in Northbrook, Illinois, where she focused her practice on domestic relations matters, estate planning and probate administration. In October 2021, Stacey worked as an associate for Pucci Pirtle, LLC. in West Dundee, Illinois. In September 2022 Stacey became a partner in the firm of Pucci Rhody LLC. and has now begun Stacey Rhody, Attorney at Law.
Stacey has an extensive career in family law, divorce, child custody, estate planning, probate administration and real estate transactions. Stacey is very skilled at negotiating settlements which are in the best interest of her client. Further, Stacey understands that not all cases can be resolved through negotiation and settlement and if a case requires litigation, she is skilled in the courtroom and is well respected by both the Court and fellow attorneys.
